Where'd my order go?!?! I can't find it in order history and it's
not on hold. |

Your order isn't lost, it's usually due to your session
timing-out without your order being put on hold or submitted. If
this happens, please call 800-557-1667 or 305-557-1667 and we'll be
happy to "find" your order and submit it. Our Online Support Team
reviews all orders several times a day and will call you with any
questions. Search Catalog feature and using "Search by stock number"
will also find products by part# only. |

When using Quick Order, sometimes I get the error message "item is
not found". What do I do? |
| A) |
Use the item # only. In a few cases, the manufacturer for certain
items or lines have changed since the catalogs have been printed.
If this error occurs, or when entering any items in general, simply
entering the item number alone will find the product you are looking
for |

Can I request catalogs online? |

Yes. Simply enter the item "CATALOG" with your order and our free catalog(s) will be sent to you with your order. |

I am the purchasing manager and I have other people who I want to be
able to place orders, but I want to be able to review and approve
them. Is this possible with XPRESSBUY ONLINE? |

Yes. You can have as many purchasing agents as you wish with up to
10 levels of authorization. Automatic e-mail notification will let
you know someone has requested your order approval. We can design
the ordering flow process around your company's needs. |

XPRESSBUY ONLINE, can I review ALL orders, not just those placed
online? |

Yes. You can view all the orders you are authorized to
view. This could be just for your User ID, your department, or for
your entire account. |

I have forgotten my password. How do I find out what it is? |

No problem. Simply fill in your username on the bottom of the login
page here, and the password will be emailed to you. |

How do I know my order went through? |

XPRESSBUY ONLINE Your order is "live" in our system the second you
click submit. When the order said it has been placed successfully
then it HAS been placed. However, we will be happy to confirm it
manually for you. Simply call customer service at 800-557-1667,
305-557-1667. |
